Monocultivar, it comes from a variety of olives typical of our area and takes its name from it.
Our Ogliarola Garganica is the ultimate expression of our land, the Gargano. The result is an important, intense, and genuine oil like those who cultivate it.
Intense green with golden hues, it is bursting with aromas of almond, tomato, freshly cut grass, and artichoke. The mouth fills with vegetal notes: authoritative, rich, imposing but with good gustatory balance.
PAIRINGS: A perfect Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to use raw on bruschetta, vegetables, and salads. The strong character of this oil enhances the taste of any type of dish. Ideal on the table for seasoning pasta dishes and traditional dishes such as soups, broths, and legumes. Its flavor is highlighted on crudités, grilled vegetables, and tomato salad.
