Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our creation: a blend: 40% Ogliarola Garganica, 40% Leccino, 20% Picholine. The oil that everyone loves, both adults and children. Our blend is the surprising result of a mix of Ogliarola Garganica, Leccino, and Picholine olives harvested from our family's countryside. Its aroma is as pleasant as its taste. Moderately fruity, it has notes of tomato leaves, chicory, and the pleasant hints of freshly cut grass. The taste is slightly spicy and bitter.
PAIRINGS: Ideal with grilled vegetables and bruschettas, also excellent for salads and caprese with buffalo mozzarella. Great for enhancing bold appetizers and fresh vegetables (such as chicory or radicchio). It is also recommended for grilled red meats.
Many cascading health benefits: rich in polyphenols, ensuring very high resistance to oxidation and helping to fight free radicals.
