About

The candied capsicum, entirely peeled by hand, retain the internal softness and a slight external consistency given by a thin natural patina of sugar. The color, aroma and flavor of our candied peppers remains unchanged during the candiing process, a process that enhances the rich intense, sweet and persistent aroma. The slightly spicy notes also remain distinct. They harmonize well, but at the same time enhance and contrast, the flavor of cheeses, the tastyness of meat and game, the softness of a risotto with aged cheeses with onion, the delicacy of shellfish, the flavor of a cod and the delicacy of shellfish. Also perfect for the preparation of panettone, doves, sweets in general, chocolates, dragée. Excellent to taste as tasty candies also accompanied by a liqueur or a good wine.
