Our Spicchi are destemmend and hand picked red or yellow cherry tomatoes and date tomatoes. Cut in half (Spicchi) are put under Tomato Water -we don’t want to use salted or acidified water as it can alters its taste- to preserve and enhance its natural charateristics: freshness, sweetness, armony and natural sapidity. The perfect taste for whom loves the sweetness and delicacy of the summer tomato all year around. Suited for the dishes where the consistency of the tomato is fundamental. iIdeal for cooking in a few minutes sauces, to enrich, enhance and decorate a pizza and perfect to add flavor to a dish to your own personal taste. To prepare a dish with them its advised a quick cook to keep the taste and aroma intact. They can also be enjoyed uncooked for their sweet, enveloping, persistent and juicy flavour.
