The winemaking sector has always been a significant part of my life since my father owns a winery in San Severo. This instilled in me a passion for the "nectar of Bacchus," prompting me to assist in the family business during my studies, trying to grasp the "secrets" of the trade and attending relevant courses. These courses include: “Elaboration and Tasting of Classic Method Sparkling Wines” by Isvea in Poggibonsi in June 2022. “First Level Sommelier” course in Foggia in 2023, currently attending the third level course. Additionally, my educational background includes: Master’s Degree in Economics and Management LM 77 (107/110) obtained on May 3, 2010. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management track (110/110 cum laude) obtained on October 15, 2007. Assistant Manager Audit role in Amsterdam (KPMG NETHERLAND, Amsterdam) in May 2015. Certification as Chartered Accountant and Auditor in June 2015. Registration in the Register of Legal Auditors. First Certificate English, Cambridge Certificate — Level B2 in June 2014. General English Course - ETC International College (Bournemouth, UK) in August 2013. Erasmus student in Reims, Champagne-Ardenne, in 2007. In terms of experience, I have worked intermittently with one of the main wineries in San Severo. I have also participated in various industry fairs (SIMEI Milan, Vinitaly Verona, ViNaRI Milan, Slow Wine Fair Bologna, Paestum, etc.) to stay updated and in tune with current trends.
