Bocale is a testament to artisanal production of high-quality wine while respecting the land, the environment and the people who have worked and lived there for generations. The winery obtained Organic certification for agronomic management in 2023. No herbicides are used in the vineyard, the soil is grassed between the rows to reduce mechanical work, erosion and runoff. The vineyard is treated with the generally green manure technique, and soil fertility is replenished with organic and mineral fertilizers without the use of chemicals. Only indigenous yeasts are used in the winery and no microfiltration or stabilization is carried out. The wine obtained is the result of an artisanal process respecting environmental cycles and the natural aptitudes of an area. The energy needed for the production cycle comes from solar energy. The winery covers 10 hectares, 6 of which are planted with vines, and has an average annual production of 40,000 bottles. It produces wines of the Montefalco and Spoleto appellations: Montefalco Rosso Montefalco Sagrantino Trebbiano Spoletino
