In an unspoilt hilly environment, facing the Matese mountains, lies the Fattoria Pagliuca, an agricultural settlement dedicated since the beginning of the 19th century to buffalo breeding.
We passionately produce Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP using strictly artisanal methods and in no way altering the authenticity of the product.
The buffalo milk, exclusively produced on the farm, is of high quality since the cattle are only fed with forages cultivated on our land. Large areas are dedicated to pasture and the animals enjoy excellent health and are very productive. Exclusively from their milk, which is high in protein and processed raw and artisanally, comes our mozzarella.
In the dairy and in our shops we offer, in addition to mozzarella and buffalo caciocavallo, various fresh and semi-matured cheeses of our own production and a selection of local products.
