My name is Francesco, I am 33 years old and I have always been involved in the production of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP and buffalo cheese.

About

Since the early nineteenth century we breed Italian Mediterranean Buffaloes and transform their milk into DOP Mozzarella and seasoned cheese.

In the unspoilt hills at the foot of Mount Matese lies Fattoria Pagliuca, a family-run farm dedicated to raising buffaloes since the early 19th century. We passionately produce Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP using strictly artisanal methods, blending tradition and innovation.

In addition to Mozzarella and Caciocavallo, we are constantly working on the creation of new products, including fresh and semi-matured cheeses with a refined taste to satisfy every palate.

The high quality of the milk from our buffaloes is the result of the attention we pay to the wellbeing of the animals, who grow up among wide green spaces dedicated to grazing and are fed with forages cultivated on our land. Exclusively from their milk, which is high in protein and processed raw and by hand, our products are born.

Fattoria Pagliuca is about love and respect for the land, for this reason the company's entire energy requirements come from renewable sources.
