YOUR PROFILE

Register online and review your own company profile. Deadline: May, 15th

In your profile you can state a description of your business, your interest attending the event (products of your interest), products and trademarks you are now commercializing and country of origin; Distribution channel you address to, or you represent (clarify): Wholesaler, Hypermarkets, Supermarkets/ Hotels and Restaurants/ Gourmet and /Food Chains/ Other. Even specific requirements products and/or companies must comply to work with you.

Note: The better the quality of your profile, the better meeting requests you will receive.
Please, spend some minutes to insert a high quality and meaningfull profile.

STEPS

  • Valencian companies and international buyers will be able to register and complete their profiles until May 15th.

  • May 24th will be the deadline for both sides to submit meeting requests.

  • From then on, you will have one week to accept or decline the meetings requested by the Valencian companies or add new meetings to your agenda. Deadline May, 31st

  • Please be aware that the bookings are managed on the principle "first come - first served". Meeting requests are treated as accepted as long as they are not declined by you.

  • If there are gaps in your agenda, these will be filled by IVACE according to the information collected in your profile.

B2B MEETINGS

The table numbers are assigned to the international buyers. Wineries/Valencian companies will be the ones to move, every 30 minutes, to go to their next appointment at the corresponding table as marked in their/your agenda.

 Your personal meeting schedule will be listed in chronological order and it will include:

  • the name of the wineries/Valencian companies

  • the names of your conversation partners

  • the schedule of meetings

OUR STAFF WILL BE AT YOUR DISPOSAL DURING THE WHOLE MATCHMAKING EVENT

VISITS TO COMPANIES

Visits to companies on the 13th of June will be pre-arranged by IVACE according to the interests expressed by international buyers.

You may select up to 3 companies to visit.

IVACE International will review your selection and organise the visits in collaboration with the selected companies.

Valencian companies will be responsible for transporting buyers to their premises by their own means.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Your agenda will be completed by IVACE International with a series of voluntary activities (dinners, city tours...) that will allow you to get to know the other international buyers invited and exchange experiences in a relaxed atmosphere, as well as to discover our beautiful city of Valencia.

IVACE will send the full programme (business agenda and parallel activities) a few days before the event.
