IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VALENCIAN COMPANIES

  • Registration deadline: May 15th

  • Maximum number of meetings: 5 meetings*

  • Participation fee: 150€+IVA (181,50€)**

VALENCIAN COMPANIES REGISTRATION

STEPS

  1. Sign up to the platform to view the profiles of the international buyers and their availability.

  2. If you are interested in meeting any of them, please upload proof of payment of the participation fee and complete your profile with as much information as possible about yourself, your company and products.

    In your profile you can state a description of your company/products and trademarks; and add valuable information about your competitive advantages and commercial offer to attract the interest of potential buyers (quality certifications, relevant clients or prizes, channels of distributions searched, experience in external markets if applicable, countries of interest, etc.)

  3. Upon receipt of proof of payment, your registration will be activated and you will be able to request meetings with the buyers of your interest

    Deadline to complete steps 1 and 2: May, 15th

  4. Send meeting requests to the international buyers of your choice Deadline: May, 24th

    Please be aware that the bookings are managed on the principle "first come - first served". Meeting requests are treated as accepted as long as they are not declined by the international buyer.

  5. International buyers will review their agenda and accept/decline meetings. They may also add new meetings to their agendas, that can be accepted/declined by the Valencian companies.

B2B MEETINGS

The table numbers are assigned to the international buyers. Wineries/Valencian companies will be the ones to move, every 30 minutes, to go to their next appointment at the corresponding table as marked in their agenda.

The maximum number of confirmed meetings per company shall be 5 meetings (Subject to possible changes depending on international buyers' interest and availability)

OUR STAFF WILL BE AT YOUR DISPOSAL DURING THE WHOLE MATCHMAKING EVENT

VISIT TO COMPANIES

Visits to companies on the 13th of June will be pre-arranged by IVACE according to the interests expressed by international buyers.

IVACE International will review the importer´s selection and organise the visits in collaboration with the selected companies.

Valencian companies will be responsible for transporting buyers to their premises by their own means.
