This liqueur is also known in our area as "Mistela".

Winemaking: the alcohol is added to the clarified must before fermentation begins (unlike most fortified wines, where the alcohol is added during fermentation to interrupt the process).

Tasting notes: straw yellow colour with light golden tints.

On the nose, the wine has intense fruity aromas of Moscatel, fresh and delicious, with hints of honey and orange peel.

The palate is intense and balanced between sweetness and freshness.

Light aromas of white flowers such as orange blossom and jasmine.
