Bobal 100% from a small part of the plot, where the soil is extremely poor and has very good drainage.

Hand harvest. Destemmed and selection table. Without crushing. Fermentation with their own yeast. Only free run juice is used. Malolactic fermentation in 500 liter vats. Aging in Foudres of 20Hl for 12 months. Not clarified. Light filtration.

Limited production 950 bottles.

¨Ripe nose full of fruit and spices, with currants, ripe plums, berries, chili chocolate and a hint of peppercorn. Tight and vertical on the palate with powerful, chalky tannins and a long, spicy finish. Assertive and tannic, but nothing drying here.¨ 93 pts., by James Suckling
