About

My organisation

Bodegas Aranleón is a family-run estate founded in the year 2000 with the acquisition of a stunning winery built in 1927 in the small village of Los Marcos, just 100 kilometers west from the Mediterranean Sea, at more than 715 m above sea level, in the DOP Utiel Requena (Valencia). Later on, in 2015, we started the renovation works of the nearby Casa de la Viña (Bodega Montesanco), built by the grandfather of the famous Spanish filmmaker Luis Garcia Berlanga, in 1882, a manor house where, since then, wine has been produced from its 40 Ha. of surrounding centennial vineyards. In addition, in 2022, we started the restoration of another facility in Teulada (Montesanco Teulada, Alicante) and its surrounding vineyard in terraces. We seek the most honest expression of our native grapes, Bobal, Monastrell, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Moscatel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo, among others, planted by our ancestors, establishing a tacit pact with our land and origin through our 100% organic, vegan and biodynamic wines. We have an experience in what is good for people and the best of nature.
