Dr. Dumitru Ulieru graduated in Electrotechnics Engg by Technical University Jassy,Romania and received his PhD in Microelectronics (1997) by Polytechnica University Bucharest /Dept of Electronics ,Telecomunications and Information Technology .Dr Ulieru is graduated of Bucharest University/English Dept.(L)(1984) and VolksUniversität Bucharest /German Dept (L).(1989). Dr. Dumitru Ulieru is with SITEX 45 SRL Bucharest, as R&D Director and International Cooperation and Business Development Mgr. since 2006. With more than 40 years of experience in semiconductors and micro/optoelectronic components design and manufacturing, microsensors/microsystems like MEMS/MOEMS, wireless sensors and smart systems integration, optical systems and photonics instrumentation, RFID`s devices and IoT(Internet of Things) applications.. He is author of over 120 papers presented at international conferences, workshops and symposiums,fairs. He was for 6 years IAB (Industrial Advisory Board) member for 4M NoE and actually for 4M Association /Birmingham University UK
