Optimisation of bio-succinic acid production from industrial effluents
EU project office manager at Technology Centre for Energy and Environment (CETENMA)
Cartagena, Spain
About
Our research group of biorefinery is working on the optimisation of bio-succinic acid production from saccharides fermentation contained in industrial effluents. We will test the production and tolerance to secondary metabolites of different mutants from Actinobacillus succinogenes. Production of succinic acid will be improved optimising fermentation parameters with the most promising mutant strain.
