New European Bauhaus Facility - Virtual matchmaking event 2025

Welcome to the matchmaking platform for NEB Facility proposals!

Are you gearing up for a project proposal in Horizon Europe's New European Bauhaus Facility? This international partnering event will help you to build your consortium for the upcoming 2025 calls.

The European network of NEB NCPs, NEB4ALL, invites you to participate in the online Matchmaking Event on 5 June 2025 for the upcoming 2025 NEB Facility calls. This event complements the European Commission's NEB Facility Info Day for the 2025 calls, which will take place online on June 4.

Next to One-to-One meetings with other potential applicants, this event will also provide you a platform to present your project ideas in 3-minute pitching sessions.

> IMPORTANT TO READ! <

  • The event is free of charge but registration and profile activation are mandatory to attend the online Matchmaking event.

  • The organisers will check and validate each individual profile and only then admit you to the event. In order to be validated, you must meet certain quality criteria (see "How it works")!

  • In order to be validated, it is COMPULSORY to include at least one Project Cooperation under your Marketplace section with information on what expertise you are offering or you are looking for against the topic(s) of your interest. Priority will be given to registrants who provide high-quality marketplace opportunities.

  • Participation is limited to two people representing the same organisation.

  • You will receive an automatic e-mail from B2M immediately after your registration and then another e-mail from the organizing team for improving your profile before getting validated if needed : PLEASE CHECK your emails and SPAMS.

  • Please be aware that only registrations written in English will be accepted.

For any question about the registration process, please check the "How it works" and "FAQ" pages.

Target audience

The networking event is targeted at anyone interested in participating in projects in the Horizon Europe NEB Facility calls 2025, such as universities, research centres, municipalities, private companies (including SMEs and large companies), stakeholders engaged in R&D...

NEB Facility proposals are expected to follow a participatory and transdisciplinary approach through the integration of different actors (such as public authorities, local actors from the targeted neighbourhoods, civil society, actors from the cultural and creative sectors) and disciplines (such as architecture, urban design, design, arts and crafts, (civil) engineering, health, economics, finance, social science and humanities, etc.).

Important point!

This brokerage event is looking to help coordinators and partners to further improve and develop their project idea and to find potential collaboration partners, and is not a ‘buyer – seller’ event.

The brokerage event should similarly not be used by consultants to sell their advisory services to clients. Consultants with specific expertise who wish to become partners of Horizon Europe/NEB projects are welcome, provided they are able to describe and demonstrate this expertise, e.g. by providing references for previous Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe projects, or for another relevant EU programme (i.e. Life, Creative Europe, Erasmus) in which they have been involved.
