Talk: Both industry and academia are invited to hand in abstracts for the described topics, the call will open in February 2025. Selected abstracts will be invited to give a talk.

Hand in your abstract via the submission form until 12 May 2025.
Yes, both selected speakers and poster presenters are required to register for the event (at reduced rates).
Posters should be printed in A0 format. Please print the poster by yourself and bring it directly to the event. Recommended Printshop in Graz (A0 starting from 21€) is Print & Plot, Pestalozzistr. 1, 8010 Graz (delivery available).
You are welcome to send your poster to the SAL offices (be sure it will arrive by 29 September), we will take it to the event for you.

Yes, you can. The symposium is not based on exclusivity of research results. However, please use the provided template to hand in the abstract.

While we recommend traveling using public transport, there is a spacious parking lot available (5€/day; if you book the hotel via their website, parking is included free of charge).
As we aim for a low-carbon-event we offer free parking for all attendees using an electric (or plug-in- hybrid) car. Just show your car key at the registration and receive your voucher.

If you have been selected for a talk, please send your presentation by 17 September (if possible as powerpoint file). A pdf version will be shared with all participants after the event (you are welcome to send a ‘censored’ pdf for sharing). You have 20 minutes on stage (15 min presentation + 5 min Q&A)
