During the conference a dedicated matchmaking and exhibition area is open between 12.30 – 14.00 (during lunch) and from 16:15 – 17:30 until dinner on Day 1 and from 12.15 – 14.00 on Day 2. The area is designed to foster connections and business opportunities in an engaging setting.
As a participant, you will have the chance to showcase your company or organization in the matchmaking and exhibition area.
The organizers will provide a dedicated space for you and your company (with a table setup) where you can place a roll-up banner, brochures, showcase your product and generally promote your company or organization during the conference.
This informal exhibition area at the hotel will be used to mingle, exchange ideas, and explore potential collaborations in a relaxed yet professional environment.
