Biova Project recovers unsold food and transforms it into new products, creating value from what would otherwise become waste. The first product launched on the market is a craft beer made from recovered bread. Today, Biova develops and sells high-quality Italian food and beverage products made with upcycled ingredients. Its products are available in prestigious locations such as IKEA restaurants, Hilton hotels, and Carrefour supermarkets, contributing to turning food waste into new revenue opportunities.

To make these products, we have developed unique expertise and a logistics system designed to create new solutions, primarily focused on transforming bread and cereal-based byproducts. We can collaborate with companies to address corporate challenges and develop innovative solutions together.
