About
Our Manager Leadership Program builds on the Frontline Leadership program. The disconnect between leaders and their teams is only growing. Only 27% of frontline leaders feel confident in their senior leadership team’s ability to advance strategic goals. The Manager Leadership program helps to align all levels of leadership in your organization to ensure that the organization can advance its strategic goals. Like the frontline leadership program, participants learn how to:
- Set standards, hold people accountable, and follow up
- Coach and provide feedback
- Have difficult conversations
- Understand their team's different communication styles and adapt accordingly
- Manager and prioritize their time
- Manage conflict
- Develop their team
- Lead with truth and trust
The key difference is that in the manager program the expectation is that the managers have the foundations for all of these skills, we simply dig deeper on how to apply them. The expectations are higher for managers, they have more tasks to complete outside of the classroom between sessions and more assessments that help them uncover more about themselves and their teams
