Colette Coffey is the Global Director of Client Relations at SRI Executive. With over 20 years of experience in senior management positions, Colette specializes in strategic planning, operational support, and initial client engagement. I have been instrumental in supporting the growth of SRI Executive’s global client base across Executive Search, Leadership, and Strategy over the past 14 years.
I am responsible for internal Operations and Client Services at SRI Executive. I have brokered built relationships between SRI Executive and its clients at the business development, proposal, and contracting stages. These r efforts have led to long-term partnerships with major clients such as the Green Climate Fund, the World Bank, the UNDP, the GATES Foundation, UNICEF, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, and the Asian Development Bank..
I hold a BA in English and Business from University College Dublin, an MBA from the University of Wales, Trinity St David, and an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching from Kingston College.
In addition to my professional achievements, I have successfully led teams in creating impact and competitive bids, securing significant opportunities for SRI Executive. I have been recognized for my innovative approach to assessments and staff coaching. I am dedicated to professional development and client success makes me a key leader in SRI Executive’s leadership consultancy.
