Assay services on patient derived primary cells

We have derived primary cells from gliomas including GBMs, breast cancer, hematological cancer patients. We perform 2D and 3D assays in vitro using our panel of PDCs spanning early to late-stage tumors. We perform co-culture assays using cancer patient samples with unstimulated or stimulated PBMCs, to test new drug candidates in combination with I-O drugs like Keytruda, in cell lines and primary TNBCs. Data from our assays has been used for FDA submission, IP application, and publications by several companies such as Aveta, Natreon, and Hillstream. We have matched medical, treatment, and genomic data.
