At the Lodz University of Technology's Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Science, we are dedicated to advancing knowledge and innovation in the fields of biotechnology and food science. My scientific interests include health-promoting food ingredients, determining their biological activity, application to health-promoting food, increasing their content in raw materials, stabilization during food processing and storage, and active biodegradable food packaging. I have completed 13 scientific projects, eight of which I was in charge of. My scientific achievements include 5 chapters in monographs, 80 publications, 12 patents, and 6 industrial implementations. I work very extensively with the food industry and have many pioneering technologies in the area of health-promoting properties of food, which have been implemented in both large companies that are leaders in the industry and small enterprises. I was nominated for the Ambassador of Innovation of 2024 award granted by the European Center for Economic Development. According to the jury, I implement projects that bring extraordinary solutions and have a significant contribution to the development of innovation.
