John Van Camp is an expert in the nutritional value of foods and food products, and the relationship between nutrition and health.
About me
John Van Camp obtained an MSc (1989) and PhD in Bio-Science Engineering (1996) at the Faculty of Bio-Science Engineering (FBE), Ghent University. He did a post-doc in Kiel, Germany (1997), and had a sabbatical leave at MIT, Cambridge, MA, USA (2022). He is currently nutritionist in the “nutriFOODchem”, research group Food Chemistry and Human Nutrition at FBE-UGent.
