Basil, the aromatic herb of excellence of Liguria, arugula, sage, onions, peppers, aubergines, tomatoes, artichokes, the olive tree from which the precious Taggiasca olive, lemon, is collected.
Products, carefully selected and processed, are the basis of the recipes of "La Gallinara".
In the year 1986, was the beginning of our passion: pesto.
