THE OLIVE

Peranzana extra virgin olive oil is a monovarietal oil obtained from the Peranzana cultivar, limited to a restricted territory, such as that of Northern Puglia, Terra di Capitanata.

SENSORY PROFILE

The sensorial profile is complex but at the same time recognisable. On the nose it is characterized by a medium-intense fruity aroma, decidedly herbaceous with hints of artichoke, almond and tomato. Pleasant spicy and bitter notes of medium intensity, balanced between them. The color is green, with golden reflections.

DARK GLASS BOTTLE

It protects the oil from its natural enemies: light and oxygen cause the chemical composition of the oil to vary. It is equipped with a practical anti-spill cap which appropriately preserves the nutritional and health characteristics of the EVO oil. The innovative pourer incorporated into the cap fits into the hole of the bottle, sealing it from the inside, preventing the contents from being modified without the package being opened or altered.
