About
Our puree are obtained by working tomatoes exclusively grown in south-eastern Sicily, without preservatives, thickeners, stabilizers and dyes but also without salt. Their processing takes place within a few hours of harvesting and the transformation is carried out for the most part still manually according to a delicate, careful and refined method that does not damage the excellence of the raw material.
