About
Wine produced exclusively with Tintilia grapes harvested between the first and second ten days of september.
The grapes are destemmed and softly pressed and after a few hours they are subjected to cold maceration for 10/12 hours at a controlled temperature of around 7/8°C.
Subsequently the grapes are pressed and the must obtained is fermented for approximately 10/15 days at a temperature of approximately 17/18°C.
