Wine produced exclusively with Montepulciano grapes harvested during the last ten days of september and the fisrt ten days of october.
The vinification takes place with maceration in contact with the grapes skins for approximately 12/15 days and subsequent malolactic fermentation.
The wine then ages in steel tanks for approximately 12 months before being released on the market.
