About
Wine produced exclusively with Tintilia grapes harvested between the fisrt and last ten days of september.
The vinification takes place with maceration in contact with the skins grapes for about 15 days and subsequent malolactic fermentation.
The wine then ages in steel tanks for approximately 12/15 months and rests for approximately 6/12 months in the bottle before being released on the market.
