About me

My organisation

Donnapulia is a brand committed to the production of high quality foods, obtained through the use of selected raw materials and the application of artisanal and traditional methods. Our consolidated experience has guided us in the creation of distinctive line, characterized by the reworking of the exclusive recipes of the Apulian culinary tradition. Each product is the result of careful research and passion for authentic flavors of our land. We undertake to direct selection of raw materials from local farmers in the Puglia area, so it’s guaranteed freshness and quality without malf-measures. This approach allows us to keep the authenticity and original flavor of the ingredients intact. At our innovative laboratory, we use a progressive system that allows us to cook at low temperatures (between 60°C-70°C) in protected environment. This cooking method minimizes the oxidation of our preparations, maximizing the organoleptic properties and guaranteeing superior quality in our gourmet sauces. Despite the absence of added preservatives, our products have a three-year shelf-life, thanks to the innovative technology used during the production process. Our objective is to fully satisfy the needs of contemporary consumers, offering genuine, healthy and quick to prepare foods, without giving up the authentic taste of Apulian home cooking
