Bush vines, dry farmed vineyards, harvested by hand. Vineyard of 0.7 hectares, non-irrigated, located at high altitude in Siete Aguas (Avellán spot). Sustainable viticulture.

12.5% vol.

Winemaking: fermented on the lees in stainless steel tanks, then aged for 2 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: pale yellow colour with green hues.

Delicate fruit and white flowers on the nose, with some mineral and citrus notes.

Silky on the palate, with a good acidity. The finish is fresh and long.

As the wine has not undergone aggressive filtration, natural sediments may appear.
