  • Neuromarketing studies on the consumption of fruits and vegetables

  • Adaptation and characterization of new crops resistant to climate change. Incorporation in food matrices

  • Formulation of functional foods for population groups with specific needs

  • Structuring of liquid oil to replace plastic fats in food

  • Application of extended reality and neuroscience tools for the evaluation of consumer perception in immersive environments
