Sliced Hazelnuts

PREPARATION

Natural, roasted or blanched hazelnuts are prepared by cutting them horizontally in accordance with the technique and bringing them into thinner pieces. Dice rate and humidity in the product are adjusted at the desired level.

SIZES

0.7 - 1 mm, 0.8 - 1.2 mm, 1 - 1.2 mm, 1 - 1.2 mm, 1 - 1.5 mm or in desired ranges between 0.7 mm and 1.5 mm.

AREAS OF USE

Used in chocolate, biscuit and pastry industries.

PACKAGING

In 25 kg, 50 kg kraft bags, 25 kg, 50 kg nylon bags, in cardboard boxes.
