Workshop Mirabilia Gard 2025
HOW IT WORKS?
Mirabilia Gard 2025 is a reverse workshop, meaning that it is the sellers who schedule appointments with the buyers. You will have 20 minutes per appointment to convince and make new deals.
Make sure to register in the correct category depending on whether you want to market a tourist offer (seller) or purchase an offer (buyer).
BUYER
1) Registration
Register via the Register button.
2) Create a profile to showcase your needs
Write a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform. Your profile should describe who you are, your expectations and who you want to meet.
A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests!
Please note: A catalogue of buyers and sellers will be generated based on the information provided in the participant's profile. Therefore, it is crucial to complete your profile with as many details as possible about your activities and needs.
3) Validation of your profile
By the end of July 2025, the organising committee will select the most relevant buyers based on the workshop’s criteria (sustainability, slow tourism, cultural tourism, etc.). You will receive confirmation of your registration by August 8, 2025, at the latest, and your profile will be activated at that time.
4) Choose your Eductour
There are a limited number of spots available for each eductour. To ensure you get the tour you want, select it as soon as your profile has been validated by ticking the appropriate box in your online profile.
5) Book your meetings
Sellers will send you meeting requests based on the information in your profile. Accept or decline the invitations to reserve your slots quickly and ensure you meet the sellers you want.
Haven't been contacted by the seller you were interested in? Send them a message via the messaging system to express your interest.
6) Programme summary
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings.

Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the registration fee payment, preferably by bank transfer (or by cheque) and your profile will be activated at that time.
4) Browse profiles of buyers and send meeting requests
From 27 October, explore the buyers list for promising business opportunities and send meeting requests to participants you wish to meet.
5) Matchmaking Event
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings.
