First, locate the Connexion button in the upper right corner of the navigation bar or just below the registration on this page. Enter the email address and password you used to create your b2 match account. After that, click on Connexion.

On the event page, go to the Login button in the upper right corner of the event navigation. Under the Email and password fields, click the Forgot your password? , enter your email address, then click the Send Reset link. You will then receive an email with a Reset Password button. Click the button in the email to be redirected to the password setup screen. Enter your new password in the New password and Confirm password fields. We recommend that you create a secure password with upper and lower case letters, at least one number and special characters to ensure the security of your account. Next, click the Reset Password and Sign In button.

The first step to changing your password is to clickon your avatar in the upper right corner of the event website navigation. From the drop-down menu, choose Account settings. You can change your password in the Password section.

In the first field of the Password section, type in your current password. After this, enter the new password in the New password field. We recommend that you create a secure password with upper and lower case letters, at least one number, and special characters to ensure the security of your account.

Once you have created and entered the new password, type it again in the Confirm password field. Once you have entered and confirmed your new password, click on Change password to automatically update your password.

Although you create your b2match profile when registering for an event, you can always edit your profile later. To ensure that you have the best experience possible during the event, we recommend that you devote more time and attention when editing your profile.

There are two ways to access profile editing; from the dashboard and from the profile page.

Edit my profile from Dashboard

Click on your profile dropdown in the upper right corner of the event navigation and select Dashboard. On the left sidebar of the dashboard, in the User info widget, click on the pencil icon to edit your profile.

Click on your profile dropdown in the upper right corner of the event navigation and select My profile. Once you’re on your profile page, click on the Edit profile button to access the edit profile form.

There are two ways to create an organization page; from the dashboard and from the profile page.

Create organization page from Dashboard

Find your avatar in the upper right corner of the event navigation, and from the drop-down menu select Dashboard. In the Next step section of the main middle content, find the Add organization page widget. Here, click on the Create organization button to access the Create organization profile modal.

Click on your avatar in the upper right corner of the event navigation, and click on My profile from the drop-down menu. Once you're on your profile page, click on the Create organization page button.

For selected buyers, the CCI Gard will cover all transport costs, whether from your town, upon arrival, during your stay, or on your return. Once your application has been selected, you will be contacted by email to organize your trip.

You are in charge of paying for your travel and accommodation. However, buffet meals during the workshop on Monday and Tuesday lunchtime, as well as the gala evening, are covered by the CCI Gard.

Your registration will be definitively validated upon receipt of payment of your registration fee. The amount to be paid and the available payment methods (bank transfer, cheque, etc.) will be indicated on the invoice sent to you by the CCI Gard.

If I am a seller, validation of my profile depends on receipt of my payment. As soon as my payment is received, my profile will be activated by the organisers.

If I am a buyer, my profile will be activated from 8 August if my application is selected by the organisers. If not, my participation in Mirabilia Gard 2025 has not been selected and my profile will not be activated.

Profiles activated by the organisers will be visible to other participants from 27 October. From that date, I will be able to start identifying participants I would like to meet at the workshop on 24 and 25 November.

If you see a message saying "Your profile is waiting to be activated, until then you are not visible to other participants" when you log in, this means that the event organizers have not yet done so.
