VINIFICATION: obtained from Grechetto and Semillon grapes with maceration on the skins for several days and fermented at controlled temperature
AGING: A wine for aging which improves in flavour and bouquet over time
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: light amber
Flavour: notes of tea with bergamot, white flowers and apricot compote
Taste: sweet and harmonious with dried apricot, honey, pineapple notes
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10°C (50°F)
FOOD MATCHINGS: pasta dishes rich in cheese, rabbit and chicken, cold cuts and cheeses, shellfish and fried prawns
