AGING: A wine for aging which improves in flavour and bouquet over time
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: intense orange colour
Bouquet: notes of sweet fruits such as apricot and peach
Flavour: full body and dry, long on the palate, tannic
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C (46-50°F)
FOOD MATCHINGS: Asian dishes as well as soups or typical umbrian cheeses and cold cuts
