My organisation

Pastificio Casa Prencipe was born from the dream of two young people - Giovanna and Domenico - who lived in northern Italy after their studies. Their dream was to return to their homeland to start a company that could express the flavors and aromas of the Gargano. We produce “High Purity Pasta” only with organic raw materials coming from a certified and tracked supply chain. Our company produces Fresh Pasta and Dried Pasta. We are located in the heart of the Gargano National Park, immersed in uncontaminated nature.

About me

I was the founder and director of "il diario Montanaro" an online newspaper that was very, very followed in the province of Foggia in the years 2005-2015.

I was a journalist at the newspaper l'Attacco.

Very committed from a social point of view, I founded the "Laboratory of Ideas and Projects" and the "Urban Laboratory for Legality" in Monte Sant'Angelo, the cultural association "Obiettivo Gargano" and I was among the promoters of the movement "Active associations of the Gargano".

On the sporting front, I was an amateur footballer for a few years, then coach of the Regional Juniores of Monte Sant'Angelo Calcio, after having trained the youth teams of Foggia Calcio for a few months. Currently vice president of ASD Olympia Monte Sant'Angelo.

On a strictly professional front, after training as a sales technician, I worked at Euronics Italia, quickly becoming a manager.

I then left my job to prepare my "solo" career, as I wanted to start my own business. I enrolled in the Faculty of Economics and Business Management at the University of Ferrara, and I worked for the Enrico Zanotti Foundation.

In 2009 I decide to start. I set up my own business, re-opening a historic business in Monte Sant'Angelo, the "Drengot's Pub" which I then also converted into a wine bar. The business was very successful locally, and in 2012 I sold the business at an excellent profit to start my big project: the CASA PRENCIPE pasta factory, in 2014.

The company today is growing rapidly and exports all over the world, with the registered trademark "Casa Prencipe - High Purity Pasta". The company produces both fresh and dried organic pasta.

I am married to Giovanna Armillotta, my life partner and work partner.
